These terms govern your use of the Securiy website and our managed cybersecurity services. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.
Securiy provides managed cybersecurity services to small businesses, including DNS protection, endpoint protection (where available), security monitoring, reporting, and related advisory services. Specific scope is defined in the applicable service agreement or order.
Our services are delivered on infrastructure and accounts that you own or control (such as your DNS provider, email, or cloud accounts). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for authorizing Securiy to manage the accounts required to deliver our services. You should retain access to your own accounts and never share credentials outside your organization.
Where a paid plan applies, you agree to pay the applicable fees on the billing cycle shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to protect your business, no security solution can guarantee that a compromise will never occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securiy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
